Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products sold by TC Game are 100% genuine and factory sealed, sourced from trusted suppliers in Japan and Australia. We do not sell replicas, reprints, or resealed products.

Do you sell new or pre-owned items?

All sealed products are brand new and factory sealed unless clearly stated otherwise. If singles or graded cards are offered, condition details and photos are always provided.

Where is TC Game based?

TC Game is an Australian-owned online store, shipping orders from Melbourne. We do not currently operate a physical retail storefront.

When do you ship orders?

Orders are dispatched same or next day (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly.

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping for $9.95 and free shipping on all orders over $230 Australia-wide. Express Post is also available for $14.95 and can be selected at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details from Aus Post. You can also track your order via your account or the tracking link provided.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with Australia Post.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care when packaginf your order, however if your order arrives damaged please take clear photos of the packaging and items and contact us within 48 hours. Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes. Pre-orders are available for selected upcoming releases. All pre-order details, including estimated release dates, are clearly listed on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and other standard Shopify-supported payment methods. Available options may vary by location.
