1. Processing Time: Orders will be dispatched on the same or next working day (Monday to Saturday). We will notify you via email if there is an unexpected delay.

2. Shipping Rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat rate shipping for $9.95 and free shipping on all orders over $230 Australia-wide. Other shipping options are available for Express and International.

3. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. If you are located outside of this area and would like to place an order, please contact us for special arrangements.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Time Estimates: The estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected. 

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday)
  • Standard Shipping within Australia - 1 - 8 business days
  • Express Shipping within Australia - 1 to 4 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 2 to 10 business days

Please note that these are only estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. 

6. Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages: TC Game is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

8. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
