The Sky Island Has Landed 🌤️

It's here. One Piece TCG OP-15, officially titled "Adventure on KAMI's Island," dropped in Japanese stores on February 28, 2026 — and if you're reading this, it just arrived at ours too. This is the set that One Piece fans have been waiting for since the game launched: a full Skypiea arc booster set, starring the legendary God of Skypiea himself, Enel.

Whether you're here to rip packs, hunt singles, or just want to know what's worth chasing, we've got you covered with the most up-to-date prices from the Japanese secondary market, confirmed pull rates, and everything you need to know about the biggest hits in this set. Let's get into it.

Set Overview

OP-15 is a 126-card Japanese set built almost entirely around the Skypiea arc, bringing in a massive lineup of Sky Island characters — Enel, Wyper, Calgara, Robin, and more — alongside familiar Straw Hat Crew faces with new color variants. It's a paradise for both Sky Island fans and competitive players looking for fresh strategies.

Box format: 24 packs per box, 6 cards per pack. Standard Japanese OP booster configuration.

Pull Rates — What to Expect Per Box

Based on community data from Japanese box openings and Bandai's standard distribution patterns, here's what you can realistically expect from a single 24-pack Japanese booster box:

Rarity

Per Box (JP)

Per Case (JP)

Est. Value Range

Super Rare (SR)

~2 per box

~24 per case

$5–$40

Secret Rare (SEC)

~1 per box

~12 per case

$30–$200+

Special Card (SPC)

~1 per 2–3 boxes

~4–6 per case

$15–$80

Manga Rare (SEC★)

~1 per case

~1 per 1–2 cases

$200–$1000+

Alternate Art Leader

~1 per 6 packs

Plentiful

$5–$30

Important note: Manga Rares (the SEC★ variants with manga panel artwork) are case-level pulls at best. You should not expect to hit one in a single box — these are collector crown jewels and priced accordingly. A full case is 12 boxes. Even then, you're not guaranteed a Manga Rare.

For context on the Enel SEC: there are two versions — the standard SEC (gold border, textured foil) and the SEC★ Manga Rare (manga panel art, even rarer). The standard SEC pulls approximately once per box. The Manga Rare is significantly harder.

Top Chase Cards & Current Market Prices

Prices are sourced from Japanese secondary markets including SNKRDUNK Akihabara and major TCG retailers, as of early March 2026. USD conversions are approximate at the current USD/JPY rate of ~155 yen to the dollar. These are early market prices — expect some fluctuation in the first few weeks as supply settles.

Deep Dive: The Cards You're Actually Chasing

🏆 #1 — Enel (Manga Rare) OP15-118 SEC★

This is THE card of the set. Enel's Manga Rare depicts him as the "Sole Ruler" of Skypiea using iconic panels straight from Eiichiro Oda's manga — black-and-white drama, gold foil treatment, and a textured finish that makes it one of the most visually striking cards in the game's history. On the gameplay side, Enel is a 6-cost Purple Character with 8,000 power and a field-protection ability that activates when you hold 6 or fewer DON!! cards — completely aligned with Skypiea's signature 6-DON!! mechanic.

Collector demand is through the roof. The Manga Rare is an instant grail for anyone building a Sky Island collection, and competitive players want the card for its meta potential in Purple DON!! builds. Expect this one to hold value long-term.

Estimated Price: ¥25,000–¥40,000 (~$165–$265 USD raw) at release. Early PSA 10 copies likely to exceed $400+.

🥈 #2 — Monkey D. Luffy (SEC★ Parallel) OP15-119

The companion piece to the Enel Manga Rare. Luffy's SEC★ parallel was designed to connect with the Enel card in a panoramic diptych — his fierce expression before landing the final Golden Bell strike. Collectors are chasing both cards together to create the complete scene, driving up demand on both simultaneously.

This is the definitive "set anchor" card for Luffy collectors. The relief-etching on the Golden Ball has a premium textured feel that separates it from standard foil treatment.

Estimated Price: ¥18,000–¥28,000 (~$120–$185 USD raw).

🥉 #3 — Enel (Comic Parallel / SEC-SP) OP15-118

A more accessible but still premium version of the Enel SEC. Yellow and blue electric motifs showcase his Rumble-Rumble Fruit powers in full-art style. This is the version most pack-rippers will be targeting — it's the card you're most likely to actually pull from a box while still commanding strong collector value.

Estimated Price: ¥10,000–¥18,000 (~$65–$120 USD).

💎 #4 — Nami (SR Alt Art) OP15-108

Full-art Nami in what the community is calling "Wedding Dress Nami." Historical data across One Piece TCG sets shows that full-art Nami cards are consistently high-liquidity assets — they sell fast and hold value well. The "waifu factor" is real and it drives sustained demand even months after release. Grabbed one of these? Hold it.

Estimated Price: ¥8,000–¥12,000 (~$53–$80 USD).

⚡ #5 — Enel Leader (Alt Art) OP15-L01

The new Purple Enel Leader card has been one of the most hyped announcements for this set. The "6-DON!! Rule" mechanic — which gives him a unique high-risk, high-reward playstyle — has captured the competitive community's attention. The parallel art version, which perfectly captures his godly arrogance, has strong demand from both players and collectors.

Estimated Price: ¥5,000–¥9,000 (~$33–$60 USD).

📈 Sleeper Alert — Calgara OP15-101 (SR)

Don't sleep on Calgara. Player demand for this Yellow deck staple has been so strong that buyback prices at some Akihabara shops have actually trended above general retail sales — a tell-tale sign of a card that's both competitively essential and scarce. Deck builders need this and they need multiples. If you pull one, hold it or move it fast.

Estimated Price: ¥3,000–¥5,500 (~$20–$36 USD), with upward pressure.

Why Skypiea? The Case for OP-15's Long-Term Value

The Skypiea arc is one of the most beloved and divisive in all of One Piece — fans either absolutely love it or completely underestimate it. For TCG purposes, that passion translates directly into collector demand. Enel is one of the most iconic One Piece antagonists of all time, and his first proper TCG treatment as a Leader combined with Manga Rare artwork is a generational collector event.

Beyond nostalgia, the 6-DON!! mechanic introduced in OP-15 creates genuine competitive intrigue. Purple Sky Island decks are shaping up as a legitimate meta contender, which means player demand will sustain prices on key singles even if collector hype cools.

One more thing: the English version (April 2026) includes the second half of EB-04 Egghead Crisis cards AND a bonus pack per box. That means better value per box and more chase cards — something to factor in if you're deciding whether to go Japanese only or wait for English.
